1. By Taxi / Private Transfer – Easiest & Fastest

  • Travel time: approx. 1 hour 40 minutes – 2 hours
  • Direct and comfortable; ideal for cruise passengers with limited time.
  • Easy to combine with Lake Kawaguchi, Oishi Park, or Iyashi‑no‑Sato Nenba.

2. Shuttle Bus → JR Shimizu Station → Train → Kawaguchiko → Local Bus

  1. Shuttle Bus
    • Hinode Pier → JR Shimizu Station(10 min)
  2. JR Train and Express Bus
    • Shimizu → Mishima Station(50-60 min)
    • Mishima → Kawaguchiko Station(approx. 1h 30m by highway bus)
      There is one bus per hour from Mishima to Lake Kawaguchi, but it is always crowded. (Reservations required)
  3. Local Bus
    • Kawaguchiko → Yurari Onsen(15–20 min)

Total: approx. 3.5 hours one way
Not recommended for cruise passengers unless staying overnight.
